Ibom Air Partners with Davido for ‘Timeless’ Concert in Abuja

Renowned Nigerian artist Davido is gearing up to captivate fans with his upcoming ‘Timeless’ concert, scheduled to take place in Abuja. Apitainment, the premium events brand managing the concert, has announced a strategic partnership with Ibom Air to enhance attendees’ travel experience.

In a statement released to the press, Apitainment expressed the significance of the collaboration in ensuring a seamless travel experience for music enthusiasts journeying from Lagos to Abuja. The partnership introduces a special ticket class named “Davido’s Timeless Special,” valid for travel between December 13th and 15th, 2023. The flight ticket portal is set to open for bookings on December 7, 2023.

Aniekan Essienette, the Group Manager of Marketing and Communication at Ibom Air, emphasized the airline’s commitment to delivering an exceptional experience. He stated, “We are happy to partner with Davido’s Timeless Abuja Concert to offer attendees a unique and enhanced travel experience.”

Passengers opting for Ibom Air’s services during this period will have the privilege of being among the first to fly on the airline’s Airbus A220-300, equipped with amenities like Wi-Fi, In-seat power, and overhead video displays.

The Timeless Concert featuring Davido is scheduled for December 14th, 2023, at 7 p.m. at Eagle Square, Abuja. Adewunmi Segun Gabriel, CEO of Apitainment, highlighted the partnership’s significance in promoting hospitality during the festive season, expressing confidence that it will contribute to the success of the Timeless concert in Abuja.

Davido, also known as David Adeleke, had previously announced the return of his Timeless tour to Nigeria in December 2023, confirming concert dates in Abuja, Port Harcourt, and Lagos. The Abuja leg kicks off on December 14, followed by Port Harcourt on December 17 at the Yakubu Gowon Stadium, and concluding in Lagos on December 24 at the Eko Convention Center.
