Ageless and Controversial Legendary Singer Charly Boy Oputa Turns 73years

Charly Boy is an entertainers, singer, song writer, television presenter, actor, publisher, and political activist. He is best known for his alternative lifestyle, political views, and media business, most notably, The Charly Boy Show.

He served as president of the Performing Musicians Association of Nigeria, PMAN, and in 2011 was a judge on the Nigerian tv series IDOL

Charly Boy was a hugh name in the 80,s and 90,s with songs like 1990, Big big bottom, Pototo and so much more

His father was the famous Justice Chukwudifu Akunne Oputa who headed The Human Rights Violations Investigation Commission created by ex president Olusegun Obasanjo in 1999, with the mandate was to investigate human rights violations during the period of military rule from 1984 to 1999 for reconciliation
