Gunmen Invade Enugu Community, Kill 3, Set House Ablaze.

Systemic killings in the south east in recent times have been described by many as illegalities that bear the signature of organised crime. Just recently, masked gunmen invaded Agbada Nenwe community in Aninri local government area of Enugu state, killing three natives in the exercise, and razing down homes

It was gathered that the victims of the invasion included Mr. Hillary Uche, a popular dealer on block and cement, one Kingsley, a machine parts dealer and another young man popularly known as FM.

The incident, which happened past Saturday morning, according to reports, saw the gunmen locating the deceased in their houses and shops, killing them in cold blood

While Kingsley and FM were said to have been dragged out from their homes in Amagu Agbada Nenwe to the village square, where they were murdered, Hilary was said to have been killed inside his own shop at Orie Agu.

It was also gathered that the unknown criminals set a house ablaze after searching it without finding their target. This worrisome situation has elicited fear and anxiety in the helpless residents of the town.

Sdly the villagers do not have total confidence in the police because the security personals who are supposed to show authority, for reasons best known to them, now go about wearing mufti.
