Adamawa Monarch, Hama Bachama Marks 70th Birthday

Hama Bachama, the paramount ruler of the Bachama Kingdom in Southern Adamawa State, recently marked his 70th birthday while seated on the revered throne of his ancestors. The celebration, held amidst a vibrant atmosphere of traditional drums and dances, drew together numerous guests and well-wishers. In his address during the occasion, the Hama Bachama emphasized the importance of acknowledging the gift of long life and good health by dedicating oneself to serving the Creator and advancing humanity’s welfare.

Addressing a gathering of subjects, relations, and friends in Numan, Adamawa state, the first-class monarch, affectionately known as “Peace Personified,” underscored his commitment to fostering peace and harmony within and beyond his domain. He stressed the significance of prioritizing love and respect over divisive sentiments based on religion, ethnicity, or region.

Dr. Daniel Shaga Ismaila CON, renowned for his advocacy for peace, attributed his longevity and well-being to gratitude towards the Almighty and a dedication to uplifting humanity.

Expressing gratitude for reaching the milestone of 70 years, the traditional ruler extended prayers for continued unity among the people of Bachama Kingdom and harmonious relations. He invoked blessings for the prosperity of Bachama land, Adamawa state, and Nigeria as a whole, emphasizing the pivotal role of youth in driving meaningful development.

Hama Bachama, born on February 23rd, 1954, has dedicated seven decades to enhancing the well-being of his community and contributing to broader societal advancement.
