Vanishing Penis: Delta Police Arrest False Alarmist, Innocent Victim Almost Killed

A horrifying incident unfolded on Okpanam/Nnebisi Road in Asaba, Delta State, as an 18-year-old young male, Sunday Linus, falsely accused an elderly woman of causing his private parts to disappear. Linus, upon alighting from a tricycle, raised an alarm that his manhood was missing.

In a shocking turn of events, a mob quickly gathered, interrogating the woman who had been sitting beside him in the tricycle. Despite her vehement denials, the angry mob brutally assaulted the woman, leaving her in an unconscious state. Fortunately, a police patrol team arrived in the nick of time, rescuing the victim and arresting the young man.

Delta State Police Command’s Public Relations Officer, DSP Bright Edafe, confirmed the incident, stating that the victim is currently hospitalized due to the injuries sustained during the merciless beating. Edafe revealed, “On Sunday, October 8, 2023, at DBS Road Asaba, 18-year-old suspect Ebube Linus raised a false alarm, claiming that an elderly woman inside a tricycle had touched him, causing his manhood to disappear.”

He continued, “Over 100 misguided individuals gathered and attacked the woman, stripping her naked and subjecting her to a severe beating. The Command was alerted, and the DPO GRA Division Asaba led policemen to the scene, rescuing the woman and apprehending the suspect. Shockingly, it was later discovered that nothing was wrong with the young man; his manhood was intact.”

This distressing incident serves as a stark reminder of the dangers of misinformation and the need for vigilance in preventing such senseless acts of violence.
