Legitimacy embattled Nigerian president Bola Ahmed Tinubu has been adviced by the NEO AFRICANA CENTRE to stop harassing and blackmailing the Presidential Election Petitions Court (PREPEC)
The Center expressed its disapproval of Tinubu’s reprehensible behavior and recommended he stoped as it is detrimental to the nation’s stability and development
Tinubu had in his final written response to the petitions challenging his declaration as president, warned the tribunal court not to annul the February 25 presidential election on the grounds that he did not receive 25% of the valid votes cast in the election for the Federal Capital Territory because, “doing so could cause chaos and anarchy”
The public policy think tank group through its Director of Public Affairs, Jenkins Udu expressed displeasure that threats and intimidation are turning into a hallmark of the Bola Tinubu democratic culture
Recall that in response to the European Union Election Observation Mission’s (EU-EOM) report, which was critical of the conduct and results of the 2023 presidential elections in Nigeria, Tinubu’s supporters, about a fortnight ago, began a mission of intimidation and harassment within the premises of the European Union in Abuja.
