IBADAN- Dr Alex Anozie, a resident of Ososami in Ibadan and the current Eze Ndigbo of Ibandanland has passed on.
According to Daily Post, Dr Anozie’s personal assistant Mr Samuel Ule stated that the late High Chief had health concerns and had decided to carry out some clinical checks in Fumbell Diagnostic Centre, Monday morning
Mr Ule said: “The result of the test was to come out today, but sadly we were shocked to hear that he slept and could not wake up from his sleep,”.
From current reports, Dr Anozie’s remains has been taken to his ancestral home town of Igboukwu in Aguata LGA of Anambra state for internment
The late Eze Ndigbo who was 74 and Chief Executive Officer of CONAC Optical Company, is said to have positively impacted the economy of the ancient Yoruba town.
