The humble monarch who was recently installed May 30th, 2023 after the death of the former King, was said to have taken ill before his demise
Oba Omomo was described as a gentle and wise ruler whose short reign impacted positively on the ancient kingdom. Burial arrangements and the kickstarting of the selection process for a replacement of the late Oba, are yet to be announced
