KWARA- Ilorin: Magistrate Monisola Kamson of Kwara State High Court has granted bail to one of the murder suspects of rtd ex-Army General and Monarch of Koro, late Oba Aremu Cole.
Olowofela Oyebanji, one of the suspects arraigned for the alleged offence of culpable homicide, was granted bail on health grounds
Oyebanji’s lawyer, Barrister Udeh, stated during the arraignment that his client is currently admitted into a Lagos hospital making it impossible for him to physically show up for his case, and as such his application for bail at the High Court was granted
Oyebanji,s case is adjourned till April 9, 2024.
