In a remarkable display of resilience and celebration, the Ancient Kingdom of Obibi Ochasi, City of David, recently emerged from a prolonged period of insecurity to commemorate two significant occasions. Renowned Nigerian figure Mazi Dr. Sam Ohuabunwa MFR presided over the festivities, which also featured respected legal luminary Prof. Mike A. A. Ozekhome SAN as the guest of honor.
Organized under the auspices of His Majesty Eze (Evangelist) Jude U. A. Mbarama, Paramount Ruler of Obibi Ochasi, the event marked both his 60th birthday and the 20th anniversary of his reign. Amidst a backdrop of social revitalization, the ceremonies aimed to instill a sense of security and community among residents, welcoming back those who had previously sought refuge elsewhere.
