Speaking during a courtesy visit from Mrs. Elizabeth Egbetokun, the wife of the Inspector General of Police, the monarch stressed the inseparable link between peace, security, and development, underscoring the critical role of law enforcement in fostering societal progress.
While noting the proactive measures already in place, the traditional ruler noted the establishment of a security committee comprising representatives from diverse ethnic backgrounds.
