The decision to conduct random drug tests on the trio follows their standout performances, particularly in Nigeria’s recent victory against Cameroon during the Round of 16 match of the AFCON 2023 tournament. Victor Osimhen, in particular, showcased exceptional skill and dedication, garnering attention from CAF officials.
