Akwa Ibom: Governor Eno Leads by Example, Subjects Self to Security Checks at Ibom Airport

In a rare occurrence, the newly elected Governor of Akwa Ibom state, Umo Eno, refused to be treated as a VIP at the airport, why subjecting himself to checks by security officials.

The governor, who boarded the state-owned airline, Ibom Air, was in company of few of his aides, as they embarked on a trip to Abuja.

Commenting on his experience flying Ibom Air, the governor commended the airline for their excellence and commitment to customer satisfaction.

He wrote,

“Today, I had the pleasure of using Ibom Air for my official engagement outside Akwa Ibom state, and I must say that the experience exceeded my expectations as usual. The seamless check-in process, comfortable seating, and friendly cabin crew created an environment that made my journey very enjoyable”.
