Air Peace is set to broaden its West African footprint with the introduction of flights between Lagos, Nigeria, and Lome, Togo, commencing on July 28, 2023. The airline is also planning to operate exclusive flights to Antigua from August 5 to 9, 2023, in collaboration with Tour Brokers International.
Stanley Olisa, the spokesperson for Air Peace, indicated that the Lagos-Lome-Lagos route is scheduled to be serviced by the 50-seater Embraer 145 jets. He highlighted the airline’s strategic intent to connect significant cities within the West African sub-region, thus facilitating ease of travel for Africans and strengthening commercial relationships amongst the countries.
Olisa further reassured that Air Peace remains committed to alleviating the challenges of air travel for Africans. He noted that this commitment will continue to drive the airline’s route expansion and fleet modernization strategies.
The spokesperson also shared that the airline has recently added two Boeing 737-700 aircraft to bolster its domestic and regional services.
Regarding the Antigua flights, Olisa revealed that the airline is offering attractive flight deals for customers planning to attend the Antigua Carnival from August 5-9, 2023. Olisa highlighted that the airline is gearing up to reestablish flights to China soon. He also hinted at prospective new routes to Congo, Kinshasa, and Abidjan.
