Abuja: Deputy Speaker Ben Kalu, Pushing for Mazi Nnamdi Kanu,s Release

Fielding questions, yesterday, from the Flow FM, Umuahia, Abia State, programme, “Ben Kalu’s Mandate,” the Chief Press Secretary (CPS) to the Deputy Speaker, Livinus Nwabughogu, amongst other things, stated that the Deputy Speaker was committed to the quick release of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, urging the people of the eastern region to be patient and remain peaceful

The Deputy Speaker who represents Bende Federal Constituency of Abia State, was said to have recently been in some parts of Europe for official engagement alongside the Senate President, Godswill Apkabio.
