TASCK Postpones New Year Celebration after Fulani Terrorists Massacre Villages in Plateau State

TASCK Creative Company Limited, the organizers of the annual Incredible Music Festival (IMF), have taken the decision to defer their New Year festival initially slated for December 31, 2023, and January 1, 2024, in Jos, Plateau state.

This adjustment stems from the recent disturbing incident of armed attacks on Christmas Eve in Bokkos and Barkin Ladi Local Government Areas of Plateau state.

In a heartfelt communication addressed to friends, supporters, and the community, TASCK extended sincere condolences to the affected families and communities, strongly condemning the senseless acts of violence that have cast a shadow over the region. CEO Jude ‘MI’ Abaga reassured the community of a forthcoming announcement, detailing a new date for the festival in early 2024.

Despite the necessary postponement, TASCK remains resolute in its commitment to the revitalization of economic activity and the promotion of local talent. Jude ‘MI’ Abaga emphasized the unwavering dedication to rebuilding and celebrating the rich culture and potential of Plateau State, expressing optimism in collectively navigating through these challenging times.

The company, renowned for its steadfast support of local initiatives, stands united with the people of Plateau state during this testing period. TASCK, acknowledging the gravity of the situation, reaffirms its core mission, assuring the public that the essence of the Incredible Music Festival remains unchanged.

Despite the current setbacks, the company remains devoted to contributing to the resurgence and prosperity of Plateau state.
