Mr Jide Iyaniruwa, a UK based Nigerian professional, in a very impassioned video revealed his observations boarding the maiden Airpeace Gatwick London to Lagos Nigeria flight.
He stated how shocked he was to find out the subtle sabotaging antics being carried out on ground at the UK side against Airpeace. From a hard to find, unusually small checking desk for an international airline representing the worlds most populous Black nation, to extortionist foreign third-party agents cunningly frustrating the Nigerian indigenous airlines luggage handling process.
Iyaniwura cited an alarming incident where his extra luggage charged at $150.00 at Airpeace’s checking desk, was arbitrarily jacked up to £170:00 few minutes later, at the foreign third-party baggage handling desk
On the informative video, he stated it was crucial that Airpeace organisation and Nigerians home and abroad understood with clarity that it was a situation demanding the unconditional unity of Nigerians to support Airpeace as “our own airline” and more importantly urging Nigerians to demand the presence of federal government officials standing firm, both front and centre to protect and shield Airpeace from foreign sabotage
