According to research, psychological factors including stress and worry are commonly responsible for ED. If you are concerned or nervous, you are more likely to develop other problems that have been linked to ED. These conditions include heart disease, high blood pressure, obesity, excessive cholesterol, and alcohol use disorders.

3. INSUFFICIENT SLEEP
No matter how busy you are, you shouldn’t minimize the importance of obtaining quality sleep. Lack of sleep increases a man’s risk of atherosclerosis, a kind of arterial plaque that can restrict blood flow and cause erectile dysfunction. Try to get between 6 and 8 hours each night.

4. ABUSE OF ALCOHOL
Men must moderate alcohol intake in order t keep their internal organ fit, The basic challenge is not actually alcohol consumption but the quality of alcohol content, most alcohol beverages are made of chemical with addictive of sweeteners which makes it look like a wine but in the real sense it is chemical, unguarded intake of these chemicals are responsible for the damage of the internal organs

5. APHRODISIAC SUBSTANCES
Most men cannot perform their duty without taking an aphrodisiac substance to aid them, research proves that regular intake of these substances weakens the manhood, thus when the aphrodisiac substance is absent in the body, the manhood would not be able to function because it has been accustomed to the aid of aphrodisiac.
